Disclaimer corporate training<\/h2>\n

The following provisions apply to the use of and participation in our corporate training courses.
\nBy participating, you agree that you understand and accept these terms and restrictions.<\/p>\n

  1. Purpose and professional advice<\/strong>
    \nOur corporate training programmes are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not offer individual or specific professional advice and do not guarantee certain results or success in your business activities. We always advise you to seek independent professional advice before making important business decisions.<\/li>\n
  2. Duty of effort and no guarantee<\/strong>
    \nWe provide our training courses to the best of our knowledge and ability. However, our commitment is solely an obligation of effort and not an obligation to achieve a result. No rights can therefore be derived from the achievement of specific goals, outcomes or improvements.<\/li>\n
  3. No liability<\/strong>
    \nWe aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information during our training sessions. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or up-to-date. We accept no liability for direct or indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profits or loss of data arising from reliance on the information provided during our training sessions. If and to the extent that we do prove liable, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid out by our liability insurance in the relevant case. If the insurance does not provide cover, liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the training course in question.<\/li>\n

    \nAll intellectual property rights relating to our training courses and materials (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets) remain the property of our company. No reproduction, distribution, adaptation, sale or commercial use of any material, in whole or in part, is permitted without our express written consent. Use of materials is permitted only for personal use or internal use within the participant's own organisation.<\/li>\n

    \nOur training courses may contain references or links to external websites, resources or information. We have no control over the content of such external sources and accept no responsibility or liability for their accuracy, timeliness, relevance or completeness.<\/li>\n
  7. Changes<\/strong>
    \nWe reserve the right to amend or supplement the content of our training courses and this disclaimer at any time. Any changes will apply from the time of publication or notification.<\/li>\n
  8. Applicable law and competent court<\/strong>
    \nThis disclaimer and the use of our training courses are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes arising from or related to the training courses shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where our company has its registered office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
