How do we obtain your personal data?<\/h3>\n<p>Vivace-CTC receives personal data directly from you, for example through the website, e-mail, telephone, registration forms or personal contact.<\/p>\n<p>If necessary for our services, personal data may also be obtained through third parties, provided this is done in compliance with applicable privacy laws.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Purposes of processing<\/h3>\n<p>Vivace-CTC processes personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact and communication<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of services, coaching, mentoring and training<\/li>\n<li>Client and participant administration<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organisation of training courses and meetings<\/li>\n<li>Administration, quotations, invoicing and debt collection<\/li>\n<li>Meeting legal obligations<\/li>\n<li>Service improvement and quality assurance<\/li>\n<li>Provision of information on services, training and activities of Vivace-CTC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Basis of processing<\/h3>\n<p>Vivace-CTC processes personal data on the basis of one or more of the following bases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execution of an agreement<\/li>\n<li>Legal obligation<\/li>\n<li>Justified interest, such as efficient service delivery and quality improvement<\/li>\n<li>Consent of data subject, if required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If processing is based on consent, such consent may be withdrawn at any time.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Disclosure to third parties<\/h3>\n<p>Vivace-CTC only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the service or if it is required by law.<\/p>\n<p>This could include IT service providers, hosting providers, administrative service providers, external trainers or collaboration partners.<\/p>\n<p>If third parties process personal data on behalf of Vivace-CTC, appropriate arrangements will be made in a processor agreement where necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Vivace-CTC never sells personal data to third parties.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Security of personal data<\/h3>\n<p>Vivace-CTC takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure.<\/p>\n<p>These include access security, secure communication and careful handling of personal data.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Retention periods<\/h3>\n<p>Vivace-CTC retains personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as required by law.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative and invoice data are kept for 7 years in accordance with tax retention obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Data relating to coaching, training and education are in principle kept for a maximum of 2 years after completion of the service, unless longer retention is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Complaints and how they are handled will be kept for 2 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>9. Cookies and website use<\/h3>\n<p>Vivace-CTC's website may use functional and analytical cookies to ensure that the website functions properly and to analyse website usage.<\/p>\n<p>To the extent required by law, prior consent is sought for the setting of cookies.<\/p>\n<h3>10.
