In doing so, I distinguish between:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beginning managers<\/strong> - see more at <em>coaching in general<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experienced executives<\/strong>, directors of organisations and administrators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My starting point is always that the client knows and can do a lot themselves, and often already has experience with coaching. The questions someone comes with are guiding the conversations and are often diverse, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How do I engage my organisation in a change process?<\/li>\n<li>How do I get my executive team more aligned?<\/li>\n<li>I give a lot of energy to my employees - where do I get my own energy from?<\/li>\n<li>How do I properly deal with my Supervisory Board?<\/li>\n<li>How do I put my organisation stronger on the map and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders?<\/li>\n<li>What demands does this changing society place on my organisation and my leadership style?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on the questions, I can act in different roles: sparring partner, co-thinker, dissenter, freshman, critic or relativist. In the first conversation, we discuss: what are we working on, how are we working on it, how often and how do we hold each other to these agreements? In my experience, a session usually lasts one and a half to two hours.<\/p>\n<h2>About me<\/h2>\n<p>I am **Gerda Nobel**, registered supervisor with the **LVSB (National Association for Supervision and other Forms of Guidance)**.
