For me, the most important thing is to work with the client in a pleasant, equal way. I like to discuss and coordinate projects in advance: the client knows his own organisation and its questions well. From my expertise in the field of organisational development, I involve all facets that matter. It is my job to help think, design, plan and implement. All based on my motto: lively connection.<\/p>\n

During my work, I assume that the learning of managers and employees is part of one coherent system. This is why I pay explicit attention to the parallel processes of learning. This is also why I use different learning methods: knowledge learning, attitude learning, reflection learning, skills learning, workplace learning, and so on. Because learning in practice is sometimes recalcitrant, this means that sometimes - after emotionality - I also look for sobriety, take a step back and discuss things calmly. When it suits, I use humour, because my experience is that humour helps to restart work flows and create space.<\/p>\n

In my view, learning does not only happen during (working) meetings, but mainly takes shape through application in daily practice. Central to my working method is personal and professional reflection and the resulting action in practice. During meetings, besides theoretical components, the practical experiences of the participants have an important place: learning on and from one's own practice, experiential learning, is always closer to one's own ''skin'' and motivates action. I structure, guide, advise and give feedback during these meetings. I like to work with interactive work forms, visual material, films, etc., without losing sight of the objective of the assignment.<\/p>\n

To me, evaluation means regularly sitting down together and going through a number of questions: how are we doing things? what results have been achieved so far? What is going well, what could be done more or less? What do we think of each other's performance, what needs adjustment? How do we move forward?
