Ineke Wikkerink and Gerda Nobel have formed Vivace CTC (Consulting, Training, Coaching) since 1998. We work in health care, education and SMEs.
The focus is on striving for pleasant and equal cooperation with clients. Projects are thoroughly discussed and coordinated, using all relevant aspects of organisational development. The role involves thinking, designing, planning and executing, with the core value of lively connection.
The belief is that learning for managers and employees is an integral system, with a special focus on parallel learning processes. Various learning methods, such as knowledge acquisition, attitude change, reflection, skills training and workplace learning, are applied. Challenging learning seeks to balance emotion and rationality, using humour to stimulate energy.
Learning takes place not only in meetings, but especially in daily practice. The approach revolves around personal and professional reflection, followed by action in practice. Practical experiences are integrated during meetings, and interactive work formats and visual materials are used to maintain the purpose of assignments.
Evaluation means regular meetings to discuss progress, review results, identify strengths and weaknesses, assess performance and plan for the future. The constant focus remains on strong collaboration and energy in work.
