Gerda Nobel forms since 1998 Vivace CTC (Consulting, Training, Coaching). Based in Amsterdam and the Randstad, she works nationwide for organisations in the healthcare, education and SMEs.
The focus is on equal cooperation with customers. Projects are thoroughly discussed and coordinated, with all relevant aspects of organisational development are exploited. Gerda's role includes thinking, designing, planning and executing, with the core value being: Lively Connecting.
Learning is seen as an integral system for managers and employees, with explicit attention to parallel learning processes. Various learning methods are covered: knowledge development, reflection, attitude change, skills training and workplace learning. Challenging learning balances emotion and rationality, with humour bringing energy and movement.
Learning takes place not only in meetings, but rather in daily practice. The approach revolves around personal and professional reflection, followed by concrete action. Practical experiences are integrated, and interactive work formats and visual materials support the learning process.
Evaluation is a regular feature: discussing progress together, assessing results, identifying strengths and areas for improvement and planning new steps. This keeps the focus on strong cooperation and energy at work.
