Do-day: Inspire and do!
A day with a golden edge
Everything you want to know about peer and team coaching in 1 day!
So many training courses, workshops, master classes and courses on peer supervision and team development. So much literature. So how can you still see the wood for the trees?
Time for a change of heart! Time for doing! Time for liveliness! Time for Vivace!
As a team leader or team coach, over time you work with methods that are familiar to you. You're good at them and you know they work. Quite right. Yet sometimes you feel the need to broaden, to deepen your knowledge and skills. Then it's nice to get inspiration from other professionals, who may be doing something completely different.
16 October 2025: On this day on intervision and team development, we will mainly get down to work in concrete terms. We briefly discuss various theories (for those who want more, we have an interesting list of literature), but the emphasis is on your own practice: coaching your team or (intervision) group. How do you handle your own commitment and enthusiasm and how do you get your colleagues/the organisation on board?
Your development as a process facilitator of this is your starting point for this day, where three concepts are co-filled by us: Inspire, Practice & Do!
Where does your team or peer group stand and where do you want to go. We ask you to make a team/intervision group analysis prior to the day, so that you come up with specific questions. You send us these questions in advance. We make a tailor-made programme with many exercises and methods you can use in your team coaching or peer supervision. Naturally, we will challenge you during the day to try something completely different!
Preparing for the day
In preparation for the day, we ask you to send us a working form you like to work with. We will compile all the methods (and add a few more inspiring ones ourselves) and everyone will receive them.
