The right time!

Valuable leadership in a changing context

As a manager or influencer in an organisation, you experience daily how the context of life and work is constantly changing. This changing context affects how you work, how you interpret the content of your work and how you cooperate with the people around you. You want to keep working from your personal and professional values and thus be meaningful to yourself, others and your (work) environment. And that is not always easy. Together with you and your fellow group members, in this Master class we want to discover more deeply what the changing and complex context means for your role as manager or influencer. This Masterclass is about dilemmas and paradoxes, discovering together, tuning in, awareness and consciousness and working from tranquillity. Central is the question: who do I want to be, together with others in this ever-changing context. A unique combination of senior expertise from Gerda Nobel, Allard de Hoop and Ghita Kolker ensures that, in a calm environment, you gain more insight into the impact you have on yourself, others and the context. You become more aware of when it is your right moment to act or sometimes the right moment of or for others. You learn to become more in tune with yourself, your values and your relationship to the outside world. This includes the question: what about responsibility and accountability? When is it the right moment to act, speak, sometimes intervene and sometimes leave something? It's about re-discovering what your valuable and meaningful contribution is for yourself and thus for others.
