The Masterclass
In this Masterclass, we want to discover what complexity means for you in your role as intervisor or processional. This Masterclass is mainly about the art of guiding and letting go in conversations, speaking with wisdom, increasing your own sensitivity and your own repertoire of actions. Of course, this includes short theory impulses. It is less about the skill: we assume that.

We, Allard de Hoop and Gerda Nobel, are long-time senior and trainer in this field and are a learning-example from our many experiences and expertise (double/triple-loop, deutero learning, collective learning processes and body-and-members dynamics).

Why
Many peer learning groups or teams function perfectly well and have by now become a familiar form of learning. Sharing experiences, giving each other advice, helping each other to reflect, sometimes giving each other (firm) feedback, we see it happening a lot. Usually with a facilitator supporting all this learning from and with each other. A fantastic learning tool in organisations or training. In short: very valuable for everyone.

Yet as a supervisor, the feeling sometimes creeps up on you: more could be got out of the peer review. Especially if the peer review group has been around a bit longer. More can be learned. And a larger and more solid translation can be made to the practice and the organisation of tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. This is where your own craftsmanship comes more into play with the accompanying question: how do you then guide that further, deeper process of learning?

In this Masterclass, we focus on these questions. It is not a training on intervision, but a learning environment for intervisers and processionals who want to keep learning and be learners themselves again.

We work and learn on three levels simultaneously:

1 You as intervisor: besides of course your personal MOT, you will also reflect on what moves and hinders you internally sometimes. How do you get from your path of work to the roundabout of other exits and possibilities?
2 Your interviewees learn better and more. We learn to move beyond advice and recognition, moving more towards lasting insight, behavioural change and collective learning.
3 We learn along. Together we explore, sometimes we do something for, naturally from awareness of the roles. Your practice feeds the programme and the programme feeds your practice. Thus, as a parallel process of learning, a learning field emerges.
