Intervision is very simply put: learning from and with each other, talking to each other instead of about each other. But: how do we do it? Intervision is in vogue. Also in education. In practice, however, it is difficult to give intervision hands and feet. Moreover, each work field has specific themes, which have not yet been worked out for intervision groups. This book gives intervision in education hands and feet, through the many educational themes and working forms that are offered in a structured way.
This book is:
- Easy for anyone to use, including novice intervision groups and novice intervisers (trained intervision facilitators)
- Focused on education, from Primary Education to university
- Suitable for all kinds of target groups within education: e.g. students, teachers, managers, beginners, re-entrants, seniors, teacher trainers, personnel officers, coaches, etc.
- For target groups outside education who are able to make the translation to their own work field and intervision topics
- For all those in training or working in the field of peer supervision, coaching, training and education.
